We know that a number of people were finding the old floor difficult to dance on, but this is a thing of the past as we have a new Harlequin sprung floor – if you have not tried it you will be amazed at the improvement.

This will be a mixed ability Yoga class for beginners and advanced beginners.
This Hatha Yoga class can move between stillness for quieter more reflective times to a more dynamic style that offers movement and flow. Whatever the style, emphasis is on the breath creating movement in the joints and more freedom in the muscles.
The instructor is Izzie Miller who has been practising yoga for nearly 10 years in the UK and France. She has foundations from the British Wheel of Yoga and is yoga alliance accredited. She is committed to her own practise and attends regular workshops, which in turn benefits the yoga journey of her students. Her classes promote self-awareness and her strength lies in wanting to make yoga work for everyone.
